I was pleasantly surprised to see the original Apple, Macintosh and Newton at the Smithsonian American History Museum.

  • What is the bottom one, the model is obscured.

Looks like a Macintosh Plus to me, my first mac.

  • The Macintosh Plus had the name right next to the Apple. Must likely this is the original 128k Macintosh that had no hard drive. If you are curious what all the different model look like visit apple-histoy.com

  • i forgot to mention that i currently own the 512k Macintosh, the model right after this one. My wife almost threw it out the last time we moved. It’s collecting dust in the garage cause I have not operational floppy for it. If any of u want to help me figure out how to give it life it would be much appreciated.
