It's been two years since this happened. Since then, I've bought an iPod video and now own an iPhone which I absolutely love. These things happen. But hopefully not with my new iPhone ;-)

as much as i empathize for those of you who lost ipods--where do you get off panhandling for people to replace it? I bet you wouldn't be so quick to ask people to give you their hard earned money if you weren't hiding behind the screen of your computer. so many great causes I could donate my money too, replacing your ipod is ridiculous. That's life, Sh*t happens! now work and BUY YOURSELF a new one! pathetic loosers

Man... reading these makes my heart break. I lost my iPod in April right after my spring break. I had just dropped English (I was doing very poorly) and was feeling good that I didn't have to wait 2 hours at school doing nothing. On that day, I wasn't sure if I should bring my iPod or not. I eventually came to and just brought it so I can listen to something while I'm on the bus (I had a car accident with some jack ass that was coming off the curb and ran into my car and I was blamed the accident. My parents sold my car because they feil was I wasn't responsible for one). After class had ended, and I got off the bus, I still had to walk about 4-5 blocks until I reach my house. I was 5 houses away from mine when this car pulls up next to me and 2 guys came out about to jump me for my iPod. I was like WTF? I was really scared because these were really really gangsterish people. I slowly reached into my pocket trying to buy time for anyone to come help me but no one came and the gangstish person just took my iPod and drove off. I wanted to just throw down my backpack but I had my keys, wallet and cellphone in it. When I went to the police station, I told them what happened. They didn't do a thing about it. I remembered some things like some of the license plate (I was too scared to remember much when it happened) but they told me it was useless. Then they made me wait for someone to come to write a report. I waited 2 hours when they told me it would only take 15 minutes; I never made an official report. The place where I get off the bus was in front of the police station. And now, the other day at my college, I could have sworn I saw the same gangsterish people but almost everyone at my college looks like that. When I got my iPod stolen right in front of me, I felt a sudden loss to live life because music is my life.

KK, so I bought a new i pod nano, a pink one, because my rents finally allowed me to get one for a great report card, unfortunate me, I'm not even sure where I lost it. Heres my story: I was listening to it in the bus, then I put it in my loose pocket, I thought it wouldn't fall cause I woult keep my hand in my pocket, and when I came out of a bus a guy almost runs into me so I try to get away, I got away but my hand left my pocket, then I was going on another bus untill a crazy b*tch almost hit me with a car I was freaked and lucky me, the police caught the girl for running a red light, that was such great luck, she deserved it, anyways I wanted to listen to my music to get my mind off the things, then I reach into my pocket and... find nothing was there. I was like *great!* i spent an hour looking for it, retracing my steps, I shed a few tears, well I couldn't help it, I lost about 300 dollars that day, and about 200 songs that day, I called my mom and said I was sorry I lost it, she was like, well do better again in school in 7 th grade!

(I know, I was only 11 at that time, I'm 12 now, i know it gives me no reason to swear but it seemed nescsessary to complete my explanation, anyways, I still haven't got my new i pod cuase im just beginning a new year in grade 7 but, oh well, what more can happen to me, I decide not to answer that qusetion *laughs nervously*

lol anyways loosing my ipod was partly my fault, but I broght no bag and had no other place to put it rather than my pocket. Things just sometimes don't go your way, for me, it just doesn't.)
